SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow up to 3 business days from the date of purchase for order processing and verification and an additional 7 - 10 business days for delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation email from us when you place your order.
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please check your spam folder, in case you haven't added our email to your contacts.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. Keep an eye on your email for all order updates.
Delivery times within the continental United States are 2 - 7 business days.
Delivery times to Hawaii & Alaska are 5 - 10 business days.
We ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses and all U.S. Territories. Delivery dates are subject to order cut-off times or carrier (USPS) delays.
We ship internationally to most countries.
Any international customs duties and taxes applicable to your order will not be included in your payment to us.
We will happily accept returns of unworn, unaltered merchandise in its original packaging.
Qualifying returns made within 90 days of purchase will be fully refunded to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 2 - 10 business days from our receipt of your return for the refund to post to your bank account or credit card.
Qualifying returns made after 90 days of purchase will be issued a merchandise credit.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (UPS or USPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of UPS or USPS. XSET will not be obligated to handle such issues. For more information please contact email@example.com
